How To Heal: By Allowing Yourself To Be Happy Now

Here's a challenge: Stop postponing your joy. Stop telling yourself you’ll be happy after the to-do list is done, after the healing is complete, or after everything finally makes sense.
Let yourself feel good even while things are still unfolding. You don’t have to suffer your way into wholeness. You’re allowed to feel light now.
Happiness isn’t a reward; it’s a right (even if it doesn't last forever, it can't).
Practice: Celebrate something today, not someday.
Reframe “I’ll be happy when...” stories.
Consider:
What conditions have I placed on my happiness?
What small joy can I let in today, exactly as I am?
What if I didn’t have to earn the feeling I crave?
