This practice is designed to help you become aware of what’s happening in your body. As you listen, you’ll be guided to bring your attention through different parts of your body—beginning at the crown, moving downward, and then back up again. You might notice something, or you might not. The aim is simply to increase awareness.
Please note that body scans may not feel accessible or safe for everyone. You’re welcome to modify the practice in any way that supports you, such as focusing on just one area of the body, keeping your eyes open, or pausing whenever needed.
